We were pleased to organize the TRSC Daymaniyat Islands research trip as part of their participate in Oman Climate Week. Our experts planned this trip for a team of scientists to study the islands’ biodiversity, coral reefs, and marine ecosystems.
The Transnational Red Sea Center (TRSC) focused on sustainable management of the Red Sea’s. In addition to strengthening international cooperation for the sake of conservation the unique marine ecosystems.
DAYMANIYAT ISLANDS RESEARCH TRIP
The Daymaniyat Islands, located off the coast of Oman in the Arabian Sea, are a stunning archipelago known for their pristine beaches, crystal-clear waters, and vibrant marine life.
The islands are home to a diverse range of marine species, including coral reefs, sea turtles, dolphins, and various fish species. TRSC Daymaniyat Islands research trip focuses on coral reef health, marine biodiversity, or the impact of climate change on marine ecosystems. The islands are also an important nesting site for several species of seabirds, including the sooty falcon and the red-billed tropicbird.
