  • Please ensure your passport is valid for at least six months from your entry date.

  • Make copies or digital backups of key documents (passport, insurance, flight details, etc.).
  • If driving: Get an International Driving Permit (IDP) if required.

5. Health Regulations

  • We continually update our health and safety protocols to meet the highest standards and official regulations.
  • Travel guidance is updated based on the advice of relevant authorities.
  • Please review the healthcare advice specific to your destinations, as outlined in your itinerary.
  • If required, obtain recommended vaccinations at least eight weeks before travel.
  • Check the regulations for taking medications abroad. Customs rules for certain medications and substances may differ significantly from those in your home country.

  • We require all travelers to have travel insurance covering death and medical treatment.
  • For more information, your itinerary will include specific guidelines and instructions based on the type of trip you have booked.
  • Purchase comprehensive travel insurance as soon as your trip is confirmed.
  • Ensure your policy covers your destination, trip duration, planned activities (e.g., adventure sports), medical treatment, repatriation, and travel disruption.

  • Your itinerary includes a tailored emergency plan based on your trip type.
  • Please ensure you provide the correct official contact information for your emergency contact person when making your booking.

8. Pack up Tips & Luggage Regulations

  • Your itinerary will include the luggage regulation based on the destination and the activities included on your trip.
  • Several weeks before your departure, you will receive an email detailing pre-departure preparations, travel tips, and regulations specific to your destination.

  • In the unlikely event of a cyclone or similar natural disaster, our Force Majeure policy applies.

9. 10. Please use the following scale to assess your physical fitness and comfort level.

  • 0-2 (Very Low): Completely flat, paved surfaces with no stairs are preferred. Significant mobility restrictions are experienced, or fatigue is easily caused by short walks.
  • 3-4 (Low/Moderate): Gentle slopes and occasional stairs can be managed at a slow pace. Walking on uneven ground such as a gravel path for up to 30 minutes can be managed, but frequent breaks are needed.
  • 5-6 (Moderate): An average fitness level is possessed. Walking for 1-2 hours on varied terrain (dirt trails, hills, city streets) and climbing several flights of stairs can be done without being overly taxed. Light physical activity is occasionally participated in.
