We make no hidden charges, We include accommodation, meals, entrance fees, and all the Gov. taxes and service fees. The specific details for each trip can be found in the “Inclusion” section of the itinerary.

We tailored each program at the optimal time of the year for your best Oman adventure. However, The most popular months to visit Oman are November to March. There are good reasons to visit in the summer, too. The turtle-watching season lasts from June to August. From late June, Dhofar -south of Oman- to enjoy its temperate climate and lush scenery. Jebel Shams, Al Ashkhara, and the Arabian Sea coastline are fabulous places to visit in the summer.

Panorama Travel offers private customized family holidays on request. We design most of our trips for mature travelers. We ask you to inform our consultants when children under eighteen travel with you.

Yes, we organize self-drive tours, including summaries by an expert, 24h assistance, customized program, accommodation, and all gear required for picnics and camping.

Panorama Travel owned a varied fleet of vehicles. Initially, we relied on that modern ship of the desert, the Toyota Land Cruiser. Our latest vehicles have been Ford Expeditions. We used buses from the Toyota coaster to a luxury 45-seater coach for groups.

We welcome inquiries from individuals, travel agencies, and organizations.

Omani cuisine reflects our rich ethnic and tribal mix. Our chefs blend flavors from the Arabian and Indian subcontinents.

Oman is a conservative Islamic country, so all food served is HALAL. Hotel meals are a vast buffet of various labeled food, including veg. and low-fat options.

Meals are a crucial element in any visit; we tailor the itineraries meals to give you a glimpse experience of the Omani cuisines.

We include the price of all the activities in the programs. The specific details for each trip can be found in the “Inclusions and Exclusions” sections. Dress code and gear will be advised in the program.

We highly recommend health insurance covering death and treatment, trip cancellation, and interruption insurance, which provides valuable coverage against an emergency that may force you to cancel or leave the trip.

We recommend purchasing insurance that fits your country’s law; Oman insurance might vary from your home.

Yes, we book domestic and international flights as part of the packages booked with us. Airfare is not included in the cost of the trips unless indicated. Our team will be delighted to assist you with flight arrangements, including arrival before the trip date or a later departure. Modifying flights will be subject to the terms and conditions and availability.  

• Before departure, you will receive pre-departure material to help you prepare for your journey with us.
• 105 nationalities (See List A) gets visa on arrival.
• For nationalities that are not eligible for visas on arrival Panorama Travel will arrange visas on their belief beforehand.

• Gov. & private hospitals in Oman are widely spread, and they are within 1h,30m in remote areas we operate and within a few minutes when we are in towns.
• Most 4-5-star hotels in Oman have available on-call doctors or nurses.
• Panorama Travel staff are well-trained in first aid and handling emergency cases. We have been doing this for more than two decades.
• An emergency plan will be included in your itinerary.

You will receive pre-departure instructions, including packing instructions and clothing codes for all activities in your itinerary.
