The Arabian Adventure is an 8-day PRIVATE ADVENTURE in the Sultanate of Oman. In the adventure, you will explore the medieval forts, the dramatic mountains, the charming wadis, and overnight in the dramatic Arabian desert surrounded by golden dunes. 

Physical Endurance

• Many sites are accessed by climbing slopes or steps. All Panorama Travel programs require participants to have a reasonable degree of fitness, enabling 2-3 hours of walking daily. However, if you have doubts about your ability to manage a program, please ask our travel counselor whether the Arabain Adventure Tour suits you.

Practical Information & Considerations 

1. This tour starts and ends at Muscat International Airport.
2. This tour can be booked at any time of the year.
3. 1-person is the minimum number of people to book this cultural adventure.
4. 14 days is the deadline to book before departure. 
5. Visiting sites where you will encounter steps, cobbled streets (mountain villages), rocky and uneven ground slopes, and steep walks.
6. 4WD drive transportation includes a long journey along winding mountain roads, coastal roads, graded roads, and sandy trail roads.
7. We charge per person based on sharing a double room.

Terms and Conditions

• Payment

1. Deposit: A deposit is needed to reserve a place on the trip. As a general rule, deposits are non-refundable.
2. Final Payment: The balance is due 30 days before your departure. 

• Cancelation

1. If cancellation by you more than 14 days before arrival, we will refund 80% of the net program cost.
2. Cancellation by you 10–14 days before arrival, we will refund 70% of the net program cost.
3. Cancellation by you 10–7 days before arrival, we will refund 50% of the net program cost.
4. Cancellation by you less than 7 days before arrival or no show, we will make no refund.
5. We will fully refund you if we cannot provide the required services, including the 20%deposit.
