• This is a private tour and you can book it any time you wish.
• 7-days before the start of the tour is the deadline for instant booking. If your booking is less than 7-days before the start of the tour, you need to send an inquiry to check the availability.
• Visit sites where you encounter steps, cobbled streets, and uneven ground.
• Comfortable, conservative clothing, good grip footwear, a small backpack, a cap, and sunscreen are suggested.
• We will meet you at your hotel or any location in Salalah.
• If you have a larger number of people or require any customization for your Salalah city tour, please contact us with details.
• We include lunch. Let us know if anything requires special attention from us about your food.
• Multi-language guides are available for all our Oman tours at an extra cost. Let us know which language you prefer when you make a booking.

Physical Endurance – 

• Many sites are accessed by climbing slopes or steps. All Panorama Travel programs require that participants have a good degree of fitness enabling 2-3 hours of walking a day. However, if you have any doubts about your ability to manage a program, please ask our travel counselor whether the Moon Mountain Tour is suitable.

• If we are unable to provide the required services. We will refund you in full.
• If you decide to cancel your booking the following charges apply:
• 7 full days prior to tours/activities – 100% refund.
• 2 full days prior to tours/activities – 50% refund.
• Less than 2 days or no show – 0% refund.
