Located at the foot of the Al Hajar Mountains, where the ancient sea bed is visible, sitting 100 meters above sea level.

Oman Botanic Garden will showcase eight habitats of the Sultanate and is spread across 420 hectares, the Oman Botanic Garden will be the largest of its kind in the Arabian Peninsula and one of the largest in the world.

The garden will conserve and celebrate Oman’s botanic diversity within two biomes and surrounding external habitats, containing the sultanate’s most endangered and endemic flora.

CONSERVE & SHOWCASE OMAN'S MOST ENDANGERED AND ENDEMIC FLORA

The Oman Botanic Garden will allow visitors to experience the vegetation of Oman while learning about the agricultural heritage, rich cultural traditions, and legendary hospitality of the country.

The garden will include cable cars, nurseries, a visitor center, a research center, a field study center, habitat gardens, habitat pavilions, amenity areas, play areas, and family zones for fun.

The pioneering project will take into account the sustainability aspect of solar energy production to meet all of the project’s energy needs.
