One Thousand and One Night Overnight, a two-day PRIVATE guided adventure -on your request- to the rolling dunes of  Al Sharqiyah Sands. You will experience an Arabian night of the 1000 stories of Arabia, discover the desert life, and enjoy starry skies around the campfire surrounded by the golden dunes. Start in Muscat and end in Muscat.

We will take you on an epic adventure that includes visiting some of Oman’s unique weavers, discovering a private castle from the 17th century, exploring an oasis, and meeting with a real Bedouin family.

The next day, you will be immersed in the heavens of Oman’s great wadis (valleys), as might the great explorers Ibn Battuta and Marco Polo.

Physical Endurance

• Many sites are accessed by climbing slopes or steps. All Panorama Travels programs require participants to have a reasonable degree of fitness, enabling 2-3 hours of walking daily. However, if you have doubts about your ability to manage a program, please ask our travel counselor whether Thousand Nights Overnight is a suitable trip for you.

Practical Information & Considerations

• This is a private trip; you can book it on any date.
• 5-days before departure is the deadline to book One Thousand and One Night Overnight.
• 1-pax is the minimum, and 12 is the maximum number to book this trip.
• Visiting sites where you will encounter steps, cobbled streets (mountain villages), rocky and uneven ground slopes, and steep walks.
• 4WD drive transportation includes a long journey along winding mountain roads, coastal roads, graded roads, and sandy trail roads.
• 1-night is spent at Thousand Nights Camp.
• We will meet you at your hotel or any location in Muscat. Please advise us if you wish us to book your entire Oman holiday, including your flight, hotel booking, and airport transfers.
• If you have a larger number of people or require any customization for your Muscat city tour, please contact us with details.
• Meals include (2 lunches, 1 Dinner & 1 Breakfast) (let us know anything that requires special attention from us about your food).

3. If you decide to cancel your booking, the following charges apply:

• 5-full days before the tour – 100% refund
• 2-5-full days before the tour – 50% refund
• Less than 2 full days or no show – 0% refund
