The Arabian Nights Adventure is a 7-day adventure in the Sultanate of Oman. This is a GROUP ADVENTURE with FIXED DEPARTURES  of a maximum of 12 Pax. In the adventure, you will explore the medieval forts, the dramatic mountains, the charming wadis, and overnight in the dramatic Arabian desert surrounded by golden dunes. with 

Physical Endurance

• Many sites are accessed by climbing slopes or steps. All Panorama Travel programs require participants to have a reasonable degree of fitness, enabling 2-3 hours of walking daily. However, if you have doubts about your ability to manage a program, please ask our travel counselor whether the Pearl of Arabia Tour suits you.

Practical Information & Considerations 

1. A minimum number is required for the Pearl of Arabia Tour to proceed. If, 30 days before the trip departure date, the minimum number of bookings has not been reached, Panorama Travel can cancel the trip. In this event, any deposits will be returned to participants in total. It is therefore recommended not to book your flight until the trip has been 100% confirmed at the 30-day cut-off point. If you book your flight before this date and the trip is subsequently canceled, Panorama Travel will not be liable for your flight expenses.
2. This tour starts and ends at Muscat International Airport.
3. This tour can be booked as a PRIVATE holiday at any time of the year.
4. 1-person is the minimum number of people to book this cultural adventure.
5. 14 days is the deadline to book before departure. 
6. Visiting sites where you will encounter steps, cobbled streets (mountain villages), rocky and uneven ground slopes, and steep walks.
7. 4WD drive transportation includes a long journey along winding mountain roads, coastal roads, graded roads, and sandy trail roads.
8. We charge per person based on sharing a double room.

• Payment

1. Deposit: A is needed to reserve a place on the trip. As a general rule, deposits are non-refundable.
2. Final Payment: The balance is due 30 days before your departure. 

• Cancelation

1. If cancellation by you more than 14 days before arrival, we will refund 80% of the net program cost.
2. Cancellation by you 10–14 days before arrival, we will refund 70% of the net program cost.
3. Cancellation by you 10–7 days before arrival, we will refund 50% of the net program cost.
4. Cancellation by you less than 7 days before arrival or no show, we will make no refund.
5. We will fully refund you if we cannot provide the required services, including the 20%deposit.
