A full payment deposit is required to reserve the tour. Cancellation fees. In the event of any cancelation by you – the 10% deposit will be retained by us and it will be available at face value should you re-book with us at a later date. If you decide to cancel your booking the following charges apply: If cancellation by you is more than 5 days before departure, we will refund 90% of the net program cost. Cancellation by you within 4 days before departure, no refund will be made. If we are unable to provide the required services or for any reason will be refunded in full by the method used by you to make payment.
