2. Free shuttle to the car when booked for 7+ days.
3. Force major applied.
4. If we are unable to provide the required services. We will refund you in full by the method used by you to make the payment.
5. If you decide to cancel your booking, the following charges apply:

• 7 full days before the delivery – 100% refund.
• 2 full days before the delivery – 50% refund.
• Less than 2 days or no Show   – 0% refund.
